Pius Omudho Advises Upcoming Artists to be Patient
Malaika Musical Band manager Pius Omudho has given the young and upcoming artists advice on how to navigate the industry to success. While sharing an old photo of him alongside his boss Prince Indah, Omudho acknowledged the importance of perseverance.
He reminisced the good old days when they used to struggle in life while doing music as evident from the photo he shared. Omudho said that their life was full of struggles despite their efforts in music.
“Kindegi Ng’ielno mar chandruok kod ladhruok nodolo thach engimawa yakoyawa.(Those days we were passing through poverty and struggles so much)”, he posted.
He also noted that other than poverty, another challenge that used to come their way was the temptations from women and ladies. However, they managed to overcome and sailed through the industry to where they are currently.
“Winj ni DEYE tone okodewo mago; negisabowa kaka abusidi hizi enzi.(Older women did not care all our problems, they used to toss us around like a ball) he continued.

Omudho asked the upcoming artists to stop whining a lot and avoid unnecessary noise that they make as suffering is a mandatory stage in music. He told them that there is nothing that comes easy at all.
“Oohyo, upcomings wekuru goyo koko sechemoko, pok uchandre egini. Okbiga mayot dawe(Upcoming artists stop whining and making noise sometimes, you’re yet to suffer and nothing comes easy), he advised.
