Prince Indah’s Malaika Festival Nairobi Edition Venue Confirmed.
Malaika Musical Festival is back again after going for a break. This was announced by the Chief Executive Officer of the Malaika Musicals Band Prince Indah. He took to his official Facebook page to share this amazing news with his fans.
“Malaika Musical Festival is back,” he announced.
Indah promised that this time the event is going to be bigger and better than the previous editions of the same event. This will mean that all the areas that had not been done as per fans’ expectations would be done differently and in a better way that will satisfy the expectations of the fans. He also revealed that the event will be in Nairobi City county.
“This time we bring it to Nairobi bigger and better,” he added.
The Doyen of Ohangla Music, as most of his fans call him, also used the same opportunity to seek for assistance from his fans to identify the artists to feature in the event. He asked the fans to share their thoughts on by suggesting the names to be featured.
“Which artist do you want to see in this edition? Share your thoughts.” He added.

The Malaika Musicals Festival was initiated by the Malaika Musicals Band as a way to promote fellow artists and especially the upcoming and young artists by giving them a platform to entertain and show their talents to a larger audience.

The inaugural show took place at the Kisumu Mamboleo Grounds in September 2023 which was a massive success. The attendance was overwhelming and this became the talk of town as many were amazed by the large crowd. The young and upcoming artists who featured here were Winnie Nyakajulu, Aroji Chogo and Abong’o Jakabwana.
After Kisumu the event has taken place in various locations such as Mombasa, Meru County, and Kakamega. All these have been successfully executed and so the next stop which is Nairobi is expected to be even better as bigger.

The exact venue and date was announced to be the famous Uhuru Gardens located along Langata Road. It is expected to be the best location that will be big enough to accommodate the large crowd of fans of Janabi.
