Eddah Ayon Biography, Networth, Age, Family, and Career
Eddah went to Okok Primary school for her both early childhood and primary school education until she sat her KCPE. She did well in the final exams and was admitted to Wiobiero Secondary School. After sitting the KCSE exams, Eddah managed to secure an admission at Rongo University in Rongo Town, Migori county for a Bachelors of Education in English and Literature after meeting her first lover who offered to pay for her education.
However, at some point, she had to defer her studies to stay with the man as they had gotten a baby. Eddah had to part ways with her man after things stalled between them. All alone and with no way forward, she secured a job as a waitress in a club in Kisii.
But she could only do it for two months and quit as she did not like how ladies were being treated there. Some customers only saw women as objects whom the can just take advantage of and even openly touch them indecently.
From here, Eddah got another job as a receptionist at a gym and could also double up as an instructor. Sadly, when COVID-19 came, they were laid off and she had to find another job. Luckily, she landed a job as a mobile phone seller. This is where she made a step towards her music career as she saved little money and recorded her first song.
Keeping up with work as a mobile phone seller and concentrating on her music was a challenge as she only had off days only on Sunday. She could not record as the producer was resting on Sunday so she ended up losing her job due to constantly missing from work to record her songs.
Broke and desperate, Eddah was left with no work and no money to even pay her rent. Her house was locked. It is at this time that Javan MacAjudo had sent her a message inbox and they talked and agreed that she could move to Kisumu. Javan accommodated her and during this time, she produced some of her songs alongside working with Javan at Mellow Empire studios.
Eddah got her breakthrough from Javan and learnt a lot about production. She advised women artists to be smart enough to survive in the industry that is full of only men. She believes that female artist must have a male mentality but carry herself as a lady in order to manage to make it.
On her relationship with Wuod Fibi, Eddah revealed her first encounter with the producer through phone call which was not quite nice. While still on Kisii and trying to breakthrough, she reached out to Wuod Fibi but all the time, they couldn’t talk as the producer kept on saying he was driving.
